Who is HFBR?

Hope and Faith Based Reform (HFBR) is a Houston-based nonprofit organization, founded by Teressa Marshell Spearman. HFBR is dedicated to supporting justice-involved adult men through structured reentry support services. HFBR focuses on recovery, accountability, workforce readiness, financial literacy, and coordinated referrals to community partners. The goal of HFBR is to reduce recidivism, promote long-term stability through a fact-checked curriculum, and foster independence through disciplined, trauma-informed programming.
